Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, per local regulations.

We carefully pack every item, but if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@yamimall.com with your order number and a photo. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. Customized items are final sale.

Exchanges: For damaged or incorrect items, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Let us know during the return request process.
